Whether you grew up playing Tongits on the karinderia table or you're just getting into it now, Winph24 brings you the full Tongits experience straight to your phone — anytime, anywhere in the Philippines.
Winph24 – Bring the excitement of Tongits everywhere you go
Tongits is not just a card game — it's practically part of Filipino culture. You'll find it at family reunions in Ilocos, neighbourhood get-togethers in Quezon City, and late-night sessions in Davao. It's a three-player rummy-style game played with a standard 52-card deck, and the goal is simple: get rid of all your cards before your opponents do, or hold the lowest-value hand when the deck runs out.
At Winph24, we took that beloved experience and built it into a smooth, fast-loading platform that works on any Android or iOS device. No need for a physical deck or even three people in the same room. You get matched with real players from across the Philippines in seconds, and every hand feels just as thrilling as the ones you played on the dining table growing up.
What sets Winph24 Tongits apart is the level of fairness baked into the system. Our random number generator is independently certified, so the shuffle is genuinely random — no algorithms favouring the house, no shady card-fixing. Just honest Tongits the way it should be played.

Already know how to play? Feel free to skip ahead. But if you're new or just want a quick recap before jumping into a real-money table at Winph24, here's the breakdown:
Three players join a table. The dealer gets 13 cards; each other player gets 12. The remaining cards form the stockpile in the centre.
On your turn, draw from the stockpile or pick up the top discard. Then discard one card. Keep forming sets (three or more cards of the same rank) and sequences (consecutive same-suit cards).
Lay down valid combinations on the table. You can also add cards to your opponents' existing melds — this is called "fighting" and it's key to reducing your hand points.
Discard your last card and call Tongits — instant win. Or when the stockpile runs out, everyone counts their remaining hand values; lowest points wins the pot.
If you think another player is bluffing their way to a low-point win, challenge with a "fight" before they collect. If your combined hand is lower, you take the pot instead.

Winph24 — trusted by hundreds of thousands of Filipino players
There are plenty of online card game platforms out there, but Filipino Tongits players keep coming back to Winph24 for a few solid reasons. First, we actually know our audience. This platform was built with the Philippines in mind — not adapted from some foreign casino software that barely understands what Tongits is. Every feature, every UI decision, and every promo was designed for kabayan players.
Second, our payouts are fast. When you win, you want your money — not a five-day waiting period. At Winph24, most withdrawals via GCash and Maya clear within three minutes. For bank transfers through BDO, BPI, or UnionBank, it's typically same-day. We also support Coins.ph, GrabPay, and InstaPay/PESONet for maximum flexibility.
Third, the platform is stable. We have a dedicated server infrastructure that handles peak traffic during evenings and weekends — exactly when most Filipinos play Tongits — without lag or disconnections. No more "papalabas ang kard ko" moments because the app froze.
And finally, customer support is in Filipino. Our live chat and Viber support teams respond in both English and Filipino, so you never have to struggle to explain your issue in a second language.
Fund your Tongits account and cash out winnings using the most popular payment options in the Philippines. Minimum deposit is only ₱50.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, these practical tips will help you win more consistently.
Pay attention to what cards your opponents pick up and discard. If someone keeps drawing from the stockpile and not discarding high cards, they're probably building a big meld — adjust your strategy accordingly.
Face cards (10, J, Q, K) are worth 10 points each. If you can't meld them quickly, get rid of them early in the game. Holding onto them when the stockpile runs out is the fastest way to lose the pot on points.
Melding all your sets on the first opportunity can backfire. Your opponents can "fight" (sapaw) onto your melds, reducing their own hand points. Sometimes it's better to hold a complete set in your hand and use it to call Tongits instead.
You don't need a photographic memory. Just track which suits have been heavily discarded. If you've seen eight spades hit the discard pile, your chances of completing a spade sequence are getting slim — pivot to a different suit combination.
Challenging another player's low-point win claim (the "fight") is a high-risk move. Only do it when you're confident your total hand points beat theirs. A failed fight means they win automatically, regardless of counts.
Even the best Tongits player goes on cold streaks. At Winph24, set a session budget before you start. A good rule: never bring more than 20 buy-ins worth of chips to a single session, and stop when you hit your limit.
